Kathy Franzino, CPA 
Kathy is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the State of New York since 1995, and holds a BA in Accounting and Information Systems from Queens College. She is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as The New York State Society of CPA's. Her early work experience includes 10 years in the private sector as a vital part of the financial team of a multi-million dollar business. This experience brought Kathy the perspective to be able to relate to the specific needs of her clients.
After entering the public accounting field in 1993 as a staff accountant for a medium sized CPA firm specializing in the small business market, she quickly gained the public accounting experience necessary to start her own firm which launched in 2002. Her specialities include Business Valuations, Closely Held Businesses and Tax Planning and Preparation for the small business owner. Married since 1992, she resides in Valley Stream with her husband Steve and children Sarah and Jack.
Amanda L. Berg, Principal 
Amanda is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and has over 10 years of experience in both the public and private sector of accounting. She is a graduate of Dowling College.
